• What is Osteopathy?

Osteopathy is a non-invasive, full-body assessment and treatment that seeks to identify and remove mechanical dysfunction through manual therapy, allowing the body to restore its self-healing and self-regulating abilities.

  • Explore Treatments

Treatments are tailored to the needs of the individual. With holistic approaches, the aim is to build upon the health of the individual while simultaneously seeking and treating the source of the dysfunction.

  • Get In Touch

I am happy to answer any questions you have about osteopathic treatment. My goal is to provide you with the best possible care.

Osteopathy is based upon the following

  • Body Unity

The body is a dynamic unit of function in which all parts are interrelated.

  • Self-Regulation

The body has an innate capacity to self-heal and self-regulate.

  • Structure and Function

Structure (anatomy) and function (physiology) are inextricably linked.

  • Rational Treatment

Rational treatment is based upon the understanding and application of the first three principles.

What is Osteopathy?

Classical osteopathy is rooted in the principle that anatomy (structure) and physiology (function) are inextricably linked, and that health is dependent upon proper alignment and function of the body and its systems.

Osteopathic manual practitioners are thoroughly trained in anatomy, physiology, osteopathic assessment, theory and practice, and functional mechanics.

I provide a non-invasive, full-body assessment and treatment that seeks to identify and remove mechanical dysfunction through manual therapy, allowing the body to restore its self-healing and self-regulating abilities.
